My Study Friend™ is an online platform to provide and support the young potential students of Bangladesh with the opportunity to achieve their dream of SSC and HSC level education in different renowned school and college around the country.
Please carefully read the statements below before joining My Study Friend (MSF):
1) All classes will be held entirely online.
2) Students are responsible for their own electronic devices (smartphone, laptop, or desktop computers) and internet connection to attend their classes. My Study Friend™ will not be held responsible if a student fails to attend classes due to technical difficulties on his / her part. Online platforms we will use are as follows - Google meet, Google classroom, and Zoom
3) The free classes will be provided free of cost. However, in order to attend premium classes, the students are required to render the monthly payment / course fees.
4) As the classes will be held online, recording the classes and / or sharing the details elsewhere would be deemed as breach of contract according to the Contract Act, 1872. In case of such unsought / unwanted inconveniences, the organization will preserve the right to take legal action, if necessary. Consequently, the concerned student/s will no longer be able to attend any other classes altogether.
5) In case of any device or internet difficulties on the student’s part, the classes will not be postponed but class recordings will be made available for the next three days on the website, for their benefit. Only students who missed the classes will be able to avail the recordings - however, class recordings will not be offered to students who miss more than 3 consecutive classes.
6) If the student decides to leave the class/sessions before the end of the course, no refund or return of the payment will be made. Students Agreement Form mystudyfriend.edu@gmail.com
7) If an instructor fails to take classes (due to sickness, study leave or otherwise), a different instructor will take the class in his / her place. My Study Friend™ reserves the rights to select the substitute instructor in any way the management sees fit.
8) If the instructor is forced to miss classes for technical difficulties or otherwise, the whole class will be rescheduled for later - the time and date will be decided on by the management. The students’ convenience will be taken into consideration.
9) Students will not hold the rights to challenge the quality and/or authenticity of any documents or study materials used by any member of My Study Friend™.
10) My Study Friend™ reserves the rights to designate instructors to the different courses in any way the management sees fit. The students will have to comply with the decisions made by the management.
11) All the courses may not be available at any one time for a number of reasons. My Study Friend™ reserves the rights to decide which courses are offered, when they are offered and which instructor is designated.
12) My Study Friend™ reserves the rights to change/modify the above-mentioned rules and regulations whenever the management deems it necessary. Policies may be added/removed at any time.
Protection Against Sexual Harassment Policy : Any kind of online or offline activity regarding verbal or non-verbal sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual violence and other kind of violence against any member or non-member is strictly prohibited and is subject to necessary legal actions taken under the related provisions of (নারী ও শিশু শনর্যাতন দমন আইন, ২০০০) and Penal Code, 1860, with a permanent ban from the platform of My Study FriendTM.
